I have been in the welding industry for over 10 years now. In that time, I have had the chance to experience many facets to the industry. I had the opportunity to cut my teeth early in tig welding exhaust products for McLaren's, building tests stands for Boston Dynamics and scale systems for Formula 3 and Nascar. I then moved onto the industrial side, doing heavy equipment welding repairs on equipment such as 6015 excavators, 777 haul trucks, and 992 wheel loaders. I've been in and out of the mine shutdown industry my whole career and have worked in BC, Alberta, and the Yukon on projects, shutdowns, and maintenance in mines and sawmills. I like to believe there isn’t anything that can’t be welded. At the end of the day it’s just nuts and bolts and steel and aluminum.
